Seller's Notes:Visser started designing sofas in 1957. The BR 02 model that Visser designed in 1960 became his most famous design. The comfort of the sofa bed is the result of the angle of the seat and the backrest. Visser achieved this angle by creating a bend in the rear legs and tilting the seat. A clever mechanism enables the seat to be easily adjusted to a horizontal position, creating a single-person sofa bed. This particular sofa is an authentic Visser from Spectrum, purchased in 2022 and custom-upholstered in UltraSuede. Please note: this couch looks virtually new! It was used very, very rarely. The AptDeco listing form did not have anything between "good" and "hasn't been unwrapped from the box,": but it is much, much better than just "good."
