Seller's Notes:My partner and I recently bought a fully-furnished condo, and the previous owner had excellent (and expensive) taste. The Moss Home Ralph Sofa (tagged as such in the attached label) is super comfortable, very luxurious, and regal looking. It is definitely a statement piece. That being said, we already have a couch, so we can't keep it. According to an upstairs neighbor, the previous owner rarely sat in his own furniture, being something of an eccentric, so this sofa looks brand new, literally. Like not a blemish.
