Seller's Notes:I finally found the perfect NYC office for my psychotherapy practice. It was newly renovated with light oak floors, great tall windows, spacious and with a view of the Empire State building. Then I found this perfect couch: classy, well-built, sturdy and easy to take care of. It went well with my lovely Crate & Barrel desk, serene artwork and plush area rug. The commute was worth it to enjoy such a beautiful space. Within weeks, however, the pandemic began and my in-person office days were over. It's been wrapped and in storage since then, in a newly constructed, climate-controlled storage building. It's time for it to have a home.
