Both pieces are in excellent condition — no scratches, tears, or structural issues. The leather is thick, soft, and extremely durable. I paid $1,189 for the chair and $899 for the ottoman (total $2,088) just last year. Only selling because the set is slightly too large for my space. Condition notes: Excellent — gently used for less than a year. Leather is in beautiful shape with no scratches, tears, sagging, or odors. A small paint transfer mark exists on the back of the chair from touching a wall (shown in photos); it can be cleaned off easily with a leather-safe product and is not visible in daily use. Comes from a clean, pet-free, smoke-free home. This is a high-quality, comfortable leather set that will last for years — priced to sell.
