Seller's Notes:Modern, well designed, sturdy loft bed- well loved by my child who has just returned home from college and is ready to give up the loft! Most recently he used it as a study and hangout space, or space for sleepovers. It can also accommodate a play table, toddler bed, twin bed, bookcase or a tent- all of which we had in the past. It’s easy to create any space you want because the space is open below with no obstructions. You can choose which end of the long side the ladder is on. The bed is in good condition- visible wear and tear is pictured, as well as a small crack I didn’t even know was there until I was photographing the bed for sale.

Pair with our Dual Firm Twin Mattress, designed for standard twin and available in 6” or 8” heights. The top bunk mattress must be no more than 8” tall. Weight limit for the top bunk is 250 lbs. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends the top bunk for children ages 6+. Sturdy frame and solid rails provide added safety on the top bunk.
