Seller's Notes:This piece was custom made in January of 2023, delivered in March of 2023. It is absolutely gorgeous but too large for my apartment. It is in perfect condition, aside from a stain caused by water on the couch itself underneath the cushion. The exterior is made of Sunbrella performance fabric and is stain and fade resistant. It is down filled.
