Seller's Notes:This is a 3-year old, Pottery Barn, 3-seater sofa with large ottoman (functions like a sectional!) upholstered in Sunbrella Performance Sahara Weave in Charcoal. The fabric looks like a linen crossweave, but is much more durable and stands up to pets, heavy use and busy families. I've had this in my apartment where I had a dog part-time, but always protected the sofa with blankets. It's like new. There is a small tear in the fabric in the back of the sofa that I think occurred during my last move.
