Seller's Notes:Purchased about 5 years ago for a rarely used office/guest room. This sleeper sofa is in excellent condition with no noticeable wear or tear. It’s been slept on fewer than five times, and the memory foam mattress remains like new. Because of its location in the house, it hasn’t seen much daily use—so both the upholstery and cushions are in great shape. Upholstery is "performance fabric" so it holds up well against children and pets. A perfect combination of comfort and practicality for guests or small spaces!

The 5-inch-thick mattress features 3.5" 1.8 pound density foam and 1.5" gel infused memory foam. Cool comfort as gel wicks away from body heat. Quality Mattress features high-tech foam with enhanced elasticity and compression recoverability. Mattress is formulated to respond to the individual for optimum comfort.
