Seller's Notes:With its grand scale and fine details, our Montego Platform Bed blends a more pared down minimalist bed frame with the rich esthetic of a 19th-century regal sleigh bed. As the name Montego implies this bed offers the simplicity and ease of an island breeze in a formal design. Expertly handcrafted frame of solid mahogany.Hand finished in our lustrous multistep mahogany-stain that enhances the wood's deep color and flowing grain.Features shapely turned legs, thick molded sides, and hardwood slats are supportive no box spring needed. Bed is disassembled in storage available for pick up. Please note the queen size frame components are large so it’s not an item that can be boxed up and moved in a compact manner. There are 4 pieces the sides are extra long. Condition is somewhere between satisfactory and age worn. I am going w age worn so there is no disappointment. Based on the sleeker scale of the platform the imperfections are mostly discoverable from up close. The bed looks pretty good in a room.
