Seller's Notes:This is a 3-piece sectional from Raymour & Flanigan, purchased brand new in December. It’s been rarely used and is in excellent, like-new condition. The sectional was originally purchased for a larger space, but after settling in, it turned out to be too big for my layout, which is the only reason I’m selling it. One of the corner pieces has never been used at all and is still wrapped, while the other sections show minimal to no signs of wear.
