Seller's Notes:This is a very comfortable and versatile extra wide arm chair with matching ottoman. The pieces can be used together or separately. The fabric is a chocolate brown corduroy with bits of blue and burgundy. The pieces are well maintained and in good condition. Fabric is treated with stain repellent and has been used in clean, pet-free and smoke-free home. Ottoman is solid enough to be used as a coffee table, with a tray. Measurements of the two pieces (at widest points) are: Chair - 50.5 in wide, 32.5 in high, 37.5 in deep Ottoman - 38.5 in wide, 16 in high, 25 in deep We are moving to a furnished house so we can’t take it. Matching sofa available.
