Seller's Notes:Hi, this is a less used sleeper sofa bought directly from Raymor and Flannigan 2 years ago. The bed mattress has been used only 2-3 times, so the mattress is in very good condition. The cushions do look a bit old and the fabric at the base has some piling. No children or pets have been in vicinity of the couch. The reason I'm selling is because I am moving out and it won't fit my new apartment , otherwise would have loved to take it with me to my new place.
