The hardwood frame is meticulously clad in shagreen-embossed leather: an exacting reproduction of the texture, pattern, and subtle spine detail of natural stingray hide, hand-dyed in a soft, atmospheric fog gray that reads warmer or cooler depending on the light. The 3×3 drawer configuration gives nine generous, dovetailed drawers, each fitted with German-engineered soft-close mechanisms and accented by RH's signature elongated solid burnished brass bar pulls. The piece sits on four tapered legs finished with solid brass cap toes, a detail that anchors the otherwise soft surface in a sharp, architectural note.
