Seller's Notes:This is sofa is in excellent condition and has remained in the same place for 5 years. The house does have a cat and a dog, as well as two children, but this sofa is so well made and beautiful that it has held up beautifully with some minor scratches on the back from kids playing, will be thoroughly deep cleaned. The only reason we are selling is due an international move. Please know the depth of 40in is not including the ottoman which adds another 24in of depth to one side
