Seller's Notes:This is a Restoration Hardware 8' Maxwell Luxe (46") sofa with down-filled cushions in Perennials® Sand fabric. It is in excellent condition with no visible blemishes and was recently professionally cleaned. The cushions are tight and plump. The couch is extremely comfortable and serves as a twin-sized bed with the back cushions removed. The Perennials® fabric is basically the ideal couch fabric -- look it up if you're not familiar. Incredibly durable and easy to maintain. This couch is bench-made in North Carolina and a true piece of lifetime furniture. We are only selling because we moved into a smaller space and need to free up some room. If you are furnishing an apartment, buy this instead of some West Elm junk and have a piece of heirloom furniture for life!
