Non-conforming Franco-Italian designer Maurice Barilone uses his talent to create sculptural furniture pieces that showcase the materials used. The Fleur de fer collection is a perfect example of his work: starting from a thick sheet of steel that is cut with a torch and stretched, the base has the strength of wrought iron and the intentional irregularities. It's an iconic collection by Roche Bobois.
Wrought beaten iron base with epoxy acrylic patina (black). Crude steel with varnish or black brushed varnish finish, matte or glossy. 15 mm-thick clear tempered glass or extra clear tempered top.
