Seller's Notes:This 3-piece Reese sectional from Room & Board was purchased in 2019 and is still sold in stores for $4,800 (Tatum Grey Boucle fabric). It has been the primary sofa in a non-smoking, single-dog* home and gets many compliments for its comfort and aesthetic (*the dog is subject to regular baths and thorough paw-cleaning after every outdoor walk). It is in good condition with no stains, tears, or odors and was professionally cleaned less than one year ago. It is an optimal size and shape for a city apartment, as the lack of back cushions keeps the depth compact (34"). Will also include an unused replacement seat cushion (the L shaped one) that was sent to us by mistake. Located in Chelsea in Manhattan on the second floor up one single flight of straight stairs. (Please note that due to a glitch in the site, the listing may be showing exposure to cats. There has been no exposure to cats.)
