The dining set is just over a year old and is in brand-new condition. There are no marks or blemishes. The chairs are owned by retirement-age couple with no children or pets living in the home. Because of a life change, I need to move, and it will not fit in my new townhouse. There are 6 chairs and a Room&Board table also being sold. They are a matching set.
