Seller's Notes:We purchased this Room & Board Oxford sleeper sofa for our Williamsburg apartment, and it has been an amazing piece for NYC living. The built-in storage is incredibly spacious, perfect for bedding, pillows, or seasonal items, and the sofa easily converts into a comfortable queen-size bed, making it ideal for hosting guests without needing a second bedroom. It’s a durable, well-made piece with a clean, modern look that works in a variety of spaces. It’s equally great for everyday lounging or entertaining. We’re only selling because we’re moving and can’t take it with us. Condition: Gently used. There has been some light wear from normal use, including minimal pet hair over time (we have one dog), but it has been well cared for and should clean up nicely.
