Originally retailing at $1749 for the chaise and $1199 for the armless chair. From a pet-free and child-free home, this sofa has been well cared for, with strict guidelines of no outside clothes on it! It does have a few water stains that could be professionally removed - see photo. I loved this couch and I will be sad to see it go!
