Seller's Notes:This chair is 43 inches high from the floor to the top of the seat at its max. At the highest level, are 21 inches from the seat to the floor. The lowest level is 17 inches from the seat to the floor. The seat actually rocks back and forth for additional comfort, and you can feel the mid-back cushioning as you rock. It basically gives you ergonomic support as you sit, but if you want to tilt back and stretch, the rocking effect does so with ease. The arms lift entirely if you don't want to rest your arms on them. There is a height-adjustable arm near the bottom right of the chair. It's a nice chair and I like it, but we have too many. Wear and tear is minimal.
