Seller's Notes:Set of three framed Venice photographs taken on film in 1987 and presented with hand-painted watercolor-wash mats made by the photographer. Each piece is framed in a slim gold-toned metal frame and wired for hanging. The views include the Grand Canal, the Riva degli Schiavoni, and a Venice sunset over the water. Each frame measures approximately 18.25"–18.5" wide by 24.25"–24.5" high and about 0.75" deep. The frames are very close in size but not identical. The photographs themselves are roughly 12" high, or slightly less, by approximately 17"–18" wide. These are original film photographs, not digital prints. The mats are not printed mats; they are watercolor washes on paper, handmade by the photographer. The frames have clear protective glazing, believed to be glass but not confirmed. Good vintage condition overall, with minor age-related wear (see detail photos for examples). The adhesive securing the photos to the mats may be delicate. A ready-to-hang set for a hallway, bedroom, office, dining area, or travel-themed wall.
