Seller's Notes:When I moved to a new apartment in the summer of 2021, I was gifted this wonderful, leather fold-out sleeping couch for my living room, in case I had guests/ It has served me very well, it is in MINT condition (no scratches, cuts, discolorations, cracks, interior marks, odor, missing hardware, etc.). The only reason I have to unfortunately part with it is because I will be moving in a few weeks, and I cannot take this furniture item with me to my new home.
