Seller's Notes:We moved, downsized, and changed decor. We owned this item for roughly 20 years, it is still in very good condition. The granite counter top was damaged and broken in the move, however, it can be replaced. The top sat directly on top of the server, there are no hooks or connections to make. The new owner can chose a different color for the top (the original was a dark green color). On the inside there is an area where the covering for a knife set peeled off and left marks. I think this can also be fixed. This item has wheels which makes it easy to move into another room if desired. There is no damage from the sun, the color is still as it was when we purchased it. This is a part of a Thomasville dining set, table with 8 chairs, and 2 leaf extensions; dining cabinet, which I will also be listing. All items are burled wood and in very good condition.
