Seller's Notes:We bought new when we moved into our apartment and our kids were smaller. We're not often in this apartment much now that the kids are grown and gone, and we're on the west coast, but when we're all back in NYC, we need something bigger to sit on. If not for the size of our fat asses, we'd be keeping it. We hope to see it put to good use in someone else's home. In truly good condition.
