From Donn Thompson: "The bond and affection these two have for each other is a beautiful thing to observe. When Illyann was a few months old, Uncle Moe was the only person other than [me] she would acknowledge being picked up without crying. Right away I came to understand, she would be the only person he would allow to capture the images you see. So I set up the camera on a tripod with all the correct settings. I sat back and observed the two of them work their magic." Photo Print on Aluminum 40" x 30", signed and dated. A Certificate of Authenticity will be provided with each purchase. Each piece is limited edition print of three copies, and delivered directly from Mr. Thompson. This is among other images from Donn Thompson's most recent art exhibit from the series "Black Madonna and The Vagina", which features photographs highlighting the divine feminine vessel. Born in the Bahamas, Donn Thompson is a Harlem-based photographer, whose sophisticated work has been featured in fashion magazines and advertising campaigns for over thirty years.
