Seller's Notes:This was purchased at a vintage shop in San Francisco about 25 years ago, and I inherited it from the owner when they moved overseas. From what I was told, the designer of the fabric was well known, and this was a custom built chair to show off the fabric. The fabric is supposedly from the 70s, but the chair is most likely from the 80s. It needs some work for sure. For people to be able to sit in the chair some sort of support must be put underneath the backrest. In the past a yoga block was used for such purposes. For the last decade, sadly, it has been used as a cat chair.
