Seller's Notes:I'm only getting rid of this piece due to space constraints after moving and the curse of small NYC kitchens. This is butcher block is a behemoth and a workhorse. There are are some stains, one of the back legs has been repaired, and the top needs to be sanded and re-treated. Aside from these fixable and cosmetic issues, the butcher block is incredibly study and does its job well. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
