Seller's Notes:This is a statement piece for any room. There are many colors in the fabric to complement any decor. The chaise lounge is in very good shape cosmetically. No stains. No discoloration. There is a tear in the lining on the bottom of the lounge which can easily be remedied. I've thoroughly enjoyed this lounge so the padding has been worn down a bit by the arm. You will enjoy it and your guests will definitely want to try it out.

Wear and tear details: There's a tear in the bottom of the chaise. I've sat in this chaise very frequently and the foam filling is a little dented at the arm. The fabric is fine. No stains anywhere. All of the wood is in excellent shape.
