Seller's Notes:This very good looking set is by now a unique piece because the firm that designed it (Antonio Sibau, from Udine, Italy) is no longer in business. The firm specialized in postmodern pieces, as you can probably tell from the armchair's long backsides and stylish arms. Each chair dimension is 42.5" H, 23.2" W, and 18.9 D". The table too has an attractive under-table, which you can see from the top and where you can optionally place an ornament or glasses or simply leave it as it is. When guests come, my wife places there a little wooden plate with salt and pepper dispensers. This set is a pleasure to watch and the chairs are quite comfortable to sit on for the entire dinner. The table top is made of tempered glass, quite heavy, hence difficult to scratch, even if you try. Indeed, after 24 years there are only a couple of very small scratches, so hard to see that my iPhone wasn't even able to capture them in the pictures. We love this table and chairs and the only reason why we are selling it is that we may have to move overseas and just discovered that shipping them is much more problematic than originally thought.
