Seller's Notes:Purchased a little over 3 years ago. Previous owner said it was from the 1970's but not entirely sure. I immediately had it professionally refurbished with new foam & brand new Maraham fabric (owned by same company as Kravdat). I also had a custom ottoman made from the same materials which works well with the couch in a variety of arrangements. The fabric is made from 2 different yarn colors but from a distance it looks overall grey-ish blue. Shade changes depending on which angle you look at it which you can see in the photos. Sadly I am moving to a smaller apartment and cannot bring this amazing couch with me. Pet free, smoke free home. I also do not wear shoes in the house- nor do my guests. This is a DEAL! The fabric alone cost me $3k, not to mention the refurbishing & ottoman...
