Seller's Notes:Bought this outside of San Francisco in the 1970s. The artist was trying to bring back the Raku technique. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name, and this piece has no artist marks that I can find. It is completely covered in iridescent metallic glaze, showing a lot of greens and copper. It is truly a beautiful piece. It has a distinctive lid, and comes with the original wood pedestal base. It has never been used as a vase, only as a decorative display piece. Excellent condition, no chips or cracks. Pet free smoke-free home.
