Seller's Notes:Amazing steel chairs from the Boston Civil Defense. I purchased these many years ago from a vintage furniture seller in Brooklyn. He used old flour sacks to cover the seat and the backrest. These chairs are sturdy and heavy. They show some wear to the metal as they are old but the cloth is in great condition and the chairs have many years left.
