Seller's Notes:My parents bought this sofa/set of chairs and refurbished them for their house in upstate NY about 15 years ago. They barely used them and when they sold the house, I took them to my apartment in Brooklyn, where I rarely used them. So, they're still in pretty good shape, despite their age. My parents had the cushions and material redone, but they kept the original grapevine carving in both arms, which I think is oak or walnut. The material is velvet or velour, I'm not sure which. I don't know much about these chairs, but the grapevine arms are amazing. And if you put some throw pillows on the chairs, they can be very comfortable.
