Seller's Notes:This is an antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Tub Nursing or Salon Chair. Dates to around 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany it has shaped top about a beautifully Adams Style inlaid panel or olive, rose and mahogany fruitwoods above a vase shaped pieced back slat with further inlaid panel or fruitwoods. It has shaped and scrolled Sharper Crook arm rests above a circular upholstered stuff over seat. The chair is in satisfactory condition meaning a few nailheads are missing and some finishing has chipped off (as pictured) on the leg. A beautiful and timely piece.
