Seller's Notes:This is a solid oak wood desk / table with chrome inlay around the top surface, and discrete drawer (18" x 1 3/4") on one side. It can sit 8 comfortably as a dining table. The hidden drawer slides out smoothly and has a suede/moleskin surface, pen/pencil holder, and little dip underneath for your fingers. This desk is beautifully designed and crafted. It was made in Canada by Interiors International Limited, a company founded in Toronto in 1964 by John Geiger who went on to join Herman Miller. There are surface nicks along two sides that need sanding, the chrome inlay lifts in 3 of 4 corners, and the top surface could use refinishing. Otherwise, it's in excellent shape. Has been used this as both a desk and dining table.
