Seller's Notes:We used this for about a year, sad to part with it. It’s large enough to house the liter box on one side and keep the liter, scooper, etc on the other side and it’s all neatly closed in the cabinets. For reference, our cat is 12 pounds and had plenty of room to move freely in and out of the liter box. The doors close with magnets and there’s holes in the back for ventilation. I don’t think it actually smells, but marked “odor” since obviously a cat used it. Very good sturdy condition
