Seller's Notes:Gently used gray sectional in great condition with minimal wear. I’ve taken good care of this couch and it has no stains or odors from food, pets, smoke or other uses. I am expecting a baby and require more space in my apartment, and will be replacing the sectional with something smaller. Please note I live on a third floor walk up with no elevator and the couch will need to be carried downstairs by several people. I’m willing to negotiate on the sale price and possibly cover some of the transportation costs.
