Seller's Notes:Very good condition rolling kitchen island cart with granite top, used for 1.5 years and has been sitting unused ever since. It's a little wobbly (was never perfect) and the wheels don't firmly lock, but I regularly used a KitchenAid stand mixer on top of it, so it is stable. I still have the original assembly instructions, included Allen key, and remaining hardware (never installed the basket but have the basket, slide rails, and screws). Note: the granite top is solid and heavy and rests on the cart over dowels. This item will require care for pickup/delivery.
