I've had this sofa for five years and it's been a great one. Only letting it go because I'm moving to the Upper West Side with my girlfriend and we're getting a new couch together. It's lived in a no-smoking, two-person NYC apartment and has been well cared for. Minor normal wear consistent with five years of use but no stains, tears, or significant damage. Removable legs make delivery and getting it through a doorway easy.
