This contract-grade item is manufactured to meet the demands of commercial use in addition to residential. Made in China. Have had for less then 2 year and yet in great condition. Slightly interior marks, variation in color due to nature of leather. Refer to detailed pictures for marks. The leather is a nice rich chestnut color, pictures due to lighting look duller .
