Seller's Notes:This settee was my wife's and my first furniture purchase together and we loved it for years. Many hours were spent relaxing on this comfortable settee. Now that we are expecting our first baby together, it's time to say goodbye to our old friend. The settee is in fantastic shape in spite of its age. The fabric is in great condition with no stains. The seat remains consistent in shape and is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. There is some minor pilling of the fabric in spots and the seated area of the fabric has stretched a bit over time, causing the slight wrinkled spots in the photos. The wooden legs have some small scratches on them. All in all this settee easily has another 10 years left and we know it'll make it's next owner as happy as it made us :)
