Seller's Notes: This two seater sofa can honestly seat 3 and has NEVER been used. It’s just over 1 year old. I bought it and immediately after started hunting for a place to buy with the feeling the sofa wouldn’t be coming with. So just in case, I didn’t use the sofa and I’ve kept it covered. I’ve protected the sofa from dust and sun exposure with sheets I bought from Amazon. I’m usually out and don’t host since things have been in boxes for a long time at my place, but when I’m home I’m either sitting in my room or at the dining table. It’s in absolutely perfect condition. It was custom made since it’s distressed velvet (just slightly longer fibers than regular velvet) and took 6 weeks to arrive, as all velvet West Elm sofas do. This color is discontinued, but a similar green is available now in this sofa for $2,300. I bought mine for $1,700. The picture makes it look a little more washed out than in person. It’s somewhere between a forest and and a very dark emerald Bremen. Prices have increased greatly over the past year. This is an absolute steal, but I’m moving so I need to sell fast.
