Seller's Notes:Looking to sell my West Elm Paidge Sofa in grey, which has been gently used and remains in excellent condition. This sofa is 5 years old, but it has been sparingly used, primarily when company visits. I live alone, so the sofa has seen minimal use, and it has been well-maintained in a smoke-free, pet-free home. Condition Details: • Pristine upholstery with no stains on either side of the seat and back cushions. • Minor discoloration on the back of the sofa due to dust from a brick wall when a hole was drilled. This is purely cosmetic and not visible if the sofa is against a wall. • Solid frame and supportive cushions, true to West Elm’s high-quality craftsmanship.
