Seller's Notes:Purchased new from West Elm in 2022 (retail was approximately $3,000 including delivery). Only selling because we're moving out of state. Extremely comfortable with West Elm's signature down-blend cushions and a deep seat that's perfect for lounging. All cushion covers have just been freshly washed, and the sofa has been regularly vacuumed and well maintained throughout. From a smoke-free home. We do have a short-haired dog, but there are no hairs on the couch. Overall in great condition with no visible stains or odors. Pick up from an elevator building in Chelsea. Ideally on 8/3 but can accommodate pick up a few days before too.
