Seller's Notes:I’m doing a complete rehaul of my living room, including a switch up of my interior design. Going more boho, so this sofa no longer matches the aesthetic. It’s a good sofa and the pull-out mattress is real life saver for when guests come over. I always get compliments on it, and it’s a great “bumming around” couch as well. I actually want to keep it, but I just don’t have room for it anymore. It’s in excellent condition, but the fabric is not as durable as I would have expected of a West Elm sofa. It’s definitely prone to some minor pilling, and the feathers inside the throw cushions sometimes come out. Pretty easy to maintain by periodically running a fabric shaver over it, but fair warning. It’s also EXTREMELY large and heavy, so please double check the dimensions before purchasing. It weighs about 230 lbs, so definitely not something that can be picked up solo. Although I will note that I got it up four flights of stairs and through my apartment door somehow without having to dismantle it.

Engineered hardwood frame with slot & tenon joinery. Solid wood legs in an Espresso finish. High-gauge sinuous springs provide cushion support. Seat cushions: Fiber-wrapped high-density polyurethane foam. Seat firmness: Soft. On a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being the firmest), it's a 1. Back cushions: 50% polyester fiber, 45% duck feather and 5% duck down in down-proof ticking. Loose, reversible cushions with zip-off covers. Folds out to reveal a Queen-sized mattress. Gel mattress features a 2-layer construction of high-density foam and gel-infused foam. It’s designed to contour to the body and wick away body heat. Mattress ticking has an ultra-soft, breathable knit. To avoid damaging the frame, do not fold the mattress into the sofa with sheets or blankets on it.
