It's modular so you have the option to click the piece together as a sofa or use them as 2 full size arm chairs. You can also add extra pieces to turn into a sectional as your needs change over time. Also makes it easy to be loaded into a truck for moving or negotiating tight corners. Fabric is performance distressed velvet = stain resistant and you can machine wash the cushion covers (no dryer). Color is Dune = light neutral. Great condition with no stains or damage. I paid $3241.21 (current retail price $2698.00 + taxes and delivery charges).
