Seller's Notes:I bought this sofa to revamp an apartment and immediately after decided I was going to move. It is less than two years old and has never been sat on. It has been living under sheets just to protect it from dust and sun. It is in perfect condition. It is too small for my new place, but is very very comfortable. When I bought it, it sold for $1,700, but the same sofa now sells for $2,300 and the color is no longer available. Distressed velvet also takes at least 6 weeks to be delivered. It’s in mint condition and would look great in another home!
