Seller's Notes:Wonderful west elm sleeper sofa! Main couch in our apartment for 1 year and then has been a minimally used for 3 years in our basement, but does have minor stains and needs a cleaning due to our dog. Comes with pull out couch mattress. It’s a wonderful couch and so comfortable and chic!!

Available in standard depth. Hand-built frames with hand-finished upholstery. Engineered hardwood frame with mortise & tenon joinery. All wood is kiln-dried to prevent warping. Plastic shadowline support legs in an Espresso finish. High-gauge sinuous spring and webbed cushion support. Cushions have fiber-wrapped, high-resiliency polyurethane foam cores. Seat firmness: Medium. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), it's a 3. Sofa folds out to reveal Queen-sized mattress. Gel mattress features a 2-layer construction of high-density foam and gel-infused foam. It’s designed to contour to the body and wick away body heat. Mattress ticking has an ultra-soft, breathable knit. To avoid damaging the frame, do not fold the mattress into the sofa with sheets or blankets on it. Reversible cushions with zip-off covers (chaise seat cushion is not reversible). Chaise seat cushion features a top seam. Accommodates West Elm Queen-sized sheets (sold separately). Legs can be removed. This contract-grade item is manufactured to meet the demands of commercial use in addition to residential.
