Seller's Notes:Purchased new in April 2019 for $2,449 (about $2,900 after SF tax and delivery). Sofa sits nicely in front of my Queen-sized bed and was mainly used as a couch, and as a fold-out bed for visiting family & friends. The sofa folds out a Queen foam mattress - not a spring mattress - which is what makes this the “Deluxe” Henry Sleeper Sofa. Perfect for guests or small spaces, and super comfy. Don’t want to part with it but I’m remodeling. Fingers crossed my beloved sofa finds a new home soon!
✅ Condition: Fair but fully functional. Consistent daily use with visible seat compression typical of twill fabric. No major stains, tears, or odor. From a smoke-free and pet-free home.
